the place was clean, tidy, and warm, with everything we needed. the attention to detail was impressive, from the laminated information sheet to the well-thought-out amenities. the grounds were stunning, offering breathtaking views. Although the roads to get there were a little tight, it was well worth it. Phil's communication was excellent, ensuring a smooth experience. If you're looking for space, peace, quiet, and refreshing scenery, this is the perfect place. We can't wait to return for another break away from the city.

The location of this place was like something out of a dream, with breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings that left us in awe. The fact that it was just a short drive away from the city center, with its historic harbor, shopping center, museums, and delicious dining options, made it the perfect base for exploring the area. The property itself was absolutely stunning, impeccably clean and tidy, and furnished to a high standard. We can only imagine how amazing it will be once the landscaping is complete. And let's not forget the coziness and comfort of The Calf Shed, with its modern furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. it was an incredible stay that exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at Hayes Farm - 8 Houses. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet countryside experience while still being just a short drive away from the center of Gloucester. The property itself was stunning, with clean and well-equipped accommodations. We especially loved the contemporary style of the furnishings. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area, including the historic harbor and the Quays shopping center. we highly recommend this place.
One minor drawback was the lack of clear signposting at the entrance, which made it a bit challenging to find, especially when it was dark. Additionally, there was a cat that visited the cottage, which could be problematic for someone with a cat fur allergy.

It made traveling with the whole family so convenient. The peaceful countryside surroundings were a refreshing change from the city. We also loved the well-maintained property, which was clean, tidy, and furnished to a high standard. Highly recommended for families!
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or play area for the kids.

My wife says that it would have been great if Hayes Farm allowed dogs.
